Region: Range: Tempus Two Copper: Tempus Two Pewter: McGuigans Shortlist: About: Launched in 1998 as Hermitage Road, in honour of the street on which Lisa grew up, the brand started small, in the corner of the McGuigan winery. The business grew rapidly, propelled by Lisa’s unique approach to marketing – success which brought the brand into the sights of the French Appellations body which took issue with her use of “Hermitage”, a protected wine region in the Rhone Valley. And so, Tempus Two, which is Latin for “second time” was born, creating a truly Australian iconic brand. Our wines have always stood out, and apart, from the rest. There is a combination of style, substance and drama in our wines. They showcase familiar and new varietals in dramatic, innovative packaging which, as the first to think outside the packaging square, proved a stand-out success. Never one for following tradition, or believing that “it can’t be done”, Lisa’s vision for Tempus Two was to create a range of wines which look as fantastic as they taste and which showcase varietal and regional strengths. Our wines are recognized award winners, in Australia, and abroad. Our story, and our reputation, continues to grow along with our team but we’ve all remained focused on achieving, day in, day out, Lisa’s dream – wine which looks, and tastes, amazing. Website: |
